Not much to post right now, but figured I would check in. We celebrated Chad's birthday this past Tuesday. Family came over & Hannah decided to show out while standing in the walker! She was standing independently & would stick her arms in the air & yell... it was awesome! We were all laughing & cheering her on, so she was eating it up! After talking to her PT this week, the order for her own walker/gait trainer should be placed in the next few weeks :)
Charlie has started t-ball back this week, so he is super excited! He is playing on the same team as his cousin Carter, so we are looking forward to a fun season!
As for me & Chad, we are just working & raising our kids. Life is good!
I love uneventful updates from my SB parent friends! It means things are going well.
ReplyDeleteI do have a friend with a 5 year old with SB. She has just been diagnosed with leukemia. I have encouraged her to go to St. Jude. Her docs here have said that they have never treated a kid with leukemia and SB. I know that won't be an issue with St. Jude. So anyway, pray for now for Emma, and I may be calling on you as an in-town contact for them if they do end up in Mempho.
